The First Post AKA The Bubble Post
Hi everyone. I have a request for you. Could you all imagine a bubble, just like this one? Can you take this bubble and fill it with everything you are afraid of, insecure about, or anything that causes anxiety in you? Now-the bubble will begin to sink but what you need to do is blow it up and away. Eventually this bubble will pop and all of those anxieties and fears will be released into the universe again. They are no longer inside of you. Now you must move on and allow yourself to leave that bubble behind.
